Temporary change in service
The Covid-19 crisis continues to evolve, so we wanted to update you on some changes here at Digital Filmmakers
Following the Prime Minister’s statement on Monday 23 March, when we learned that non-broadcast ‘Video Production companies’ are classified as a non-essential business, we have been working hard to adapt our operation to meet these obligations while keeping our colleagues safe and continuing to meet our customers’ needs. This does mean that there will be delays to ALL video projects that are currently in post-production.
Should you have hired our services in the coming weeks and need to reschedule. Please contact email@example.com
In order to do this in the safest possible way for our colleagues and customers, we have made some changes:
Our shared office space is now closed and face to face consultations must now be postponed or carried out via video conferencing only.
Our service range and hours will be limited to ensure we do everything we can to limit unnecessary risk and protect our clients, customers and colleagues from needless contact
We are currently implementing a remote working set-up so that we can ensure that we continue to meet customer needs under these new restrictions.
We urge you to follow all the Government’s social distancing guidelines and wish to thank the key workers during this most difficult of times. The safety of customers and colleagues remains our top priority.
